2/26 Day off, 2/27 Just Another Day

2/26 Too much School work to do, so couldn't workout. 2/27 Just another Day Swim: -- Bike: 15 warm-up, 15 warm-down Run: 3.75miles in 25:20min, another 2.5 in 20:00 DB Bench: 2 sets of 15x30lbs. DB Rows: 2 sets of 15x40lbs. Felt pretty strong on the run. Wasn't pushing at all, was very calm with the breathing, I was breathing 95% just through the nose. Yesterday gave the legs a bit more umph then I thought I had at this point. I was going to go swimming after the run, but the running caught up to me, and I got a bit tired. Tomorow is going to be a LONG swim day. |
