Swim: 400m@7:51min, 400m@8:15min Bike: 7miles@23:00 (1@3:12, 2@3:12, 3@3:10, 4@3:45, 5@3:17, 6@3:04, 7@3:30) Run: 3miles@21:30min Strongest workout yet. Soreness went away after about 5 minutes on the tredmill. Went from 8:00min/mile to 7:30 at second mile, then -:15sec. every quarter from 1mile->3mile. Biked first 3 miles hard, recovered for a mile, biked 2 miles hard, recovered. Swam 2 sets of 400meters. Was trying to match 7:51, but body was tired. I finished strong, last lap and a half I was moving pretty good. Hopefully in a month or so I will be able to swim a 800meter in around 10 minutes. That's what the head of the field is swimming a 1/2 mile in.
