Swim: 42:30 (piece of cake), about 1.5 miles Bike: warmup ~ 5-10mins Run: 2 miles @ 8:00min/mile pace (part of the warmup) Haven't been sore at all, it was the 3rd day in a row swimming, so tomorow will be a long bike day. Today was around 34, 35 degrees outside. Tempting to go outside for a bike ride. I went down to start workin out at around 1:15.. took me 20 mins to get on a tredmill, and when I finaly got down to the pool, the life guards said there was a swim meet today from 2-4... soo, I went and got food. Waited untill 4:45.. went down to hop on the tredmills again, took me another 10 mins to get on the tredmill, jogged for 15 mins, got in the pool around 5:10. Swam 30 minutes, 4 kids jumped into my lane, stopped me from swimming and said "mind if we play basketball..." Yeah I was a little pissed, but I held back and just moved over to share a land with this other guy who had no idea how to swim... His stroke was like 4' to each side, took up the whole lane, so I moved again... after about 5-7 minutes 3 girls jumped into my lane... Now, I would have thought about talkin to them if they weren't being so stupid, I mean, I was almost at 40 minutes at this point, I only wanted to get another 10 minutes in.. they kept swimming in my way, slowing me down... SO, I moved one last time, into another "Idiot-Swimmer's" lane... got more frusterated and stopped the workout early, in fear somone was going to randomly clip me in the side of the head causing me to drownd... This is why I swam 42:30, and not the planned 50minutes... Roar... To releave some stress we need some.... DMB:
