Swim: 200m, 100m@2:00min, 100m@2:00min

Bike: --

Run: 4 miles @ 30:00 (Tredmill)

Feeling stronger as each day goes by. Cobb webbs are flying off. Deffinately not back into the shape I was before summer, but it's most deff. a strong start.

Swimming = Mucho Tiring! I hope by Monday I can do 4 sets of 200m. Today's Thursday, I'm going to do another Swimming workout tomorow, and a third on Monday, possibly Sunday.

On a non-training side. Tonight was a Lunar Eclipse. (not to mistaken w/ the kind that can blind you...) For all of us on the East Coast, that was at aprox. 10:51. For you on the West Coast... It was at 7:51... So, if you didn't know about it, sorry.. you missed it.. maybe next time...

Back to running... I've been eating like a horse, once again, and sleeping like a champ. Swimming && Biking tomorow, I am quite excited to keep pushing myself. And the comments help alot.

Also: I found a bike on Craigslist.com =D I may have an amateur Triathlon Bike by the end of the week
