Swim: -- Bike: 7Miles in 22:15Min. (3:11Min/Mile) Run: 2.75Miles in 20Min. (7:16Min/Mile) Felt much better than yesterday. Ran at a more even pace today... Tredmill and Stationary helped out alot. Sleep schedule is still off. Classes start back up tomorow, so steady sleep && eating will start. Was going to swim after running and biking, but didn't have enough time before a club was going to use the pool for practise. Tomorow: Bike && Swim.
