2/18 Day One

So the Plan was to: Bike 25 minutes && Swim 400meters. The RACC was closed due to vacation, so Biking was out of the question, and there were no pool guards so Swimming was also out. Which, left Running... Swim: -- Bike: -- Run: 20 minutes (pathedic...) Weather: WARM WARM WARM 40-ish... Ran in sweats and a long-sleeve. Felt like crap, it's been way to long since I've been running... Sleep schedules been off because of the long weekend, and I haven't eaten right since thursday. So, I made lots of pasta, and salad for dinner.
Tomorow: Bike and Swim workout.
