Swim: --

Bike: ~19miles in 60minutes.

Run: 4.5.miles in 30minutes.

Calves: 20x90lbs. (3 sets)

Bear Squats: 15x135lbs. (3 sets)

Push-ups: 3x15

Biked first. I knew that the lunch I had today (Chicken Salad) wasn't going to give me alot of energy, but man... The first 2 miles was like trying to bike with cement blocks on my feet. after about 5, 6 minutes I loosened up, and sped up to 19, 20mph. I held that pace te whole rest of the hour, jumped on the tredmill for 30 minutes.

The weather here in Albany, NY today was a brisk, winter day. Rainy, with a slight chill. A hoodie would suffice. Tomorow is supposed to rain, so a pool workout is in order. Thursday the skies are supposed to clear up a bit so... an outside bike workout day??, and finish off friday with a long run, 8 or 9 miles??

I want to give a shout out about Gered Burns. Everyone on this site probably knows him, but if you don't know him, you ought to. He's a better friend than you could ever ask for, and I consider him part of my Family. He's been my main inspiration towards pushing myself to new levels I never thought I could achieve. You're the man Gered, miss ya man.

Now that I'm finishing up my Au Bon Pain Soup in a Bread Bowl, Salad, and 2 cups of watered down Gatorade, I must take a shower in order to comfortably spend the rest of the night reading for a mid-term I have on Thursday.
