I was a little sore at first, loosened up after the first 10 minutes jogging. Breathing was really relaxed, broke a sweat around 15 mins. Around 45mins the knees started getting a little sore, that went away after 2 or 3 minutes.

It was 48degrees outside today. Warm enough for an outside bikeride, however, to windy for a safe ride.

Today was my first 60 minute run since before finals, last Spring Semester. I was getting more like 10+ miles in 60 minutes then, about 25% faster... Of course, that was with a few more months of base, and training under the belt. I now have 13 workouts behind me, and have already seen drastic increases in: Strength, Endurance, and Appetite. I can't wait untill it starts getting up in the 50's and 60's so I can run and bike comfortably outside, instead of running and biking inside a stuffy weight room, with dozens of other kids who think looking at themselves in the mirror is as cool as a JAGER BOMB... F'in Skanks.

P.S. I would appreciate any advice on choosing a set of AEROBARS for the road bike. I don't know if I should go for the bent or straight handled ones. The ones I've been looking at are:

  1. T2+ Aerobars
  2. Jammer GT Aerobars
  3. AirStryke Aerobars

Thankyou Much!
