2/29 Leap Day Workout

Swim: 30:17mins. I think I swam around a mile, I loose track of laps... Bike:-- Run: 15min. warm up @ 8:00min/mile pace Wasn't sore at all. I feel like I was more tired at the begining of the run, than at the end. I wanted to keep going but the life guards wanted to go home... I'm going to swim 45 mins, maybe more tomorow, then probably bike another 45 minutes or so. I can't wait to start doing speed workouts, but I realize I need to get a good month atleast worth of base down before I injure myself. So, I won't do any speed workouts untill it's warm enough to run in shorts and tee-shirt on the track. That shouldn't be until about early-mid April. That will be aprox. 2, 2.5 months of base, then I'll start toneing it down, cranking it up. And possibly win the first Triathlon =) A good song for today is.....:
