Swim: 15:04mins. ( I keep loosing track of laps ) Bike: -- Run: 6miles in 45:07mins. Felt tight for the first mile and a half during the run. Warmed up at 8:00min/mile pace for the first 10 minutes. Ran the next 20minutes in 7:30min/mile. Last 15 minutes I ran 7:20min/mile pace. Jogged down to the pool. Swimming seemed really easy today. I felt really relaxed, breathing was good. I tried going from 4 to 6 strokes on the breathing, but I was getting out of breathe, so I went back to 4 strokes per breath, and I swam alot faster. Cardio isn't ready to go up to 6 strokes yet. I haveto get the 100yard race pace down to around 1:30. I havent really timed it yet, because I've been working on base. I wish I had a training partner to run, bike and swim with.
