Swim: -- Bike: 14miles in 42::51 (4@12:54, 8@25:06 9.5@29:34, 11.5@35:40, 14@42:51) Run: -- Abbs: Planks 3x1:30 Weighted side-to-sides : 2x100, 1x60 Cycles: 2x100 Calves were sore until I jogged down to the gym. 14 miles on the bike felt good. Didn't push it at all, just relaxed. Held an even 19-20mph through the whole ride. Got a good workout in. Abbs are out of shape. 2 workouts a week are going to start happening. From the 07' Caz Triathlon good splits were: Swim: 12:00-14:00 Bike: 34:00-38:00 Run: 18:00-20:00 6 months to alot of miles to pound out. Quote of the Day: "Brevity is a by-product of Vigor." |
